研究興趣
通過現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)篩選與研究微生物資源,特別是極端環(huán)境微生物資源;并從中尋找具有生物活性的化合物及酶分子;利用基因工程手段技術(shù)對微生物菌株及其所產(chǎn)生的代謝產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行改造;開發(fā)食品與醫(yī)藥工業(yè)微生物資源。研究工作重點在于采用國內(nèi)外最新的研究成果和手段,結(jié)合微生物資源特色與優(yōu)勢,利用現(xiàn)代發(fā)酵技術(shù)對微生物生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和改進(jìn),從而優(yōu)化工業(yè)催化和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程。
