個(gè)人成就
從事鹿茸生物學(xué)研究30余年,共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇(SCI收錄50余篇),參加相關(guān)的國(guó)際會(huì)議30余場(chǎng),撰寫(xiě)專著4本;曾獲得1990年中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的“中國(guó)青年科技獎(jiǎng)”,2002年吉林省“科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)”(第一名),2002年中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院“科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)”(第一名),2003年World Research Promotion Council 頒發(fā)的“杰出科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)”,2005年“國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)”(第三名);事業(yè)上的成就得到了國(guó)際同行們的廣泛認(rèn)可,應(yīng)邀在第一屆(2000年,加拿大Banff)、第二屆(2004年,新西蘭Queenstown)和第三屆(2011年,中國(guó)長(zhǎng)春)國(guó)際鹿茸科學(xué)及產(chǎn)品技術(shù)大會(huì),以及第六屆(2006年,捷克Prague),第七屆(2010年,智利Huilo)國(guó)際鹿生物學(xué)大會(huì)上做全會(huì)報(bào)告。并已被邀請(qǐng)將在第八屆國(guó)際鹿生物學(xué)大會(huì)上做全會(huì)報(bào)告(2014年,哈爾濱)。
多年來(lái)堅(jiān)實(shí)的研究工作取得了卓越成就,最大貢獻(xiàn)是促進(jìn)了鹿茸作為生物醫(yī)學(xué)模型的發(fā)展,將對(duì)人類健康事業(yè)做出巨大的貢獻(xiàn);同時(shí)這些年的研究成果也為大幅度提高鹿茸產(chǎn)量奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
生物學(xué)研究組
李春義研究員于2006年創(chuàng)立鹿茸生物學(xué)研究組,作為特種經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)物分子生物重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的重要組成部分。該研究組現(xiàn)有成員21人,其中博士后1名,博士7名,碩士4名,在讀博士3名,在讀碩士4名,以及兩名客座博士和一個(gè)客座碩士。
研究方向
緊緊圍繞鹿茸這一獨(dú)特的生物學(xué)模型在分子水平上開(kāi)展深入研究,以揭示鹿茸完全再生的機(jī)制,巧妙調(diào)節(jié)快速組織生長(zhǎng)不發(fā)生癌變的機(jī)理,干細(xì)胞自主分化的機(jī)制,軟骨、骨、皮膚、血管和神經(jīng)再生機(jī)制,以期為人類的健康事業(yè)和大幅度提高鹿茸產(chǎn)量做出貢獻(xiàn)。
鹿茸是上天遺留在人間最美的一塊寶石,是哺乳動(dòng)物王國(guó)中唯一能夠完全再生的器官;研究鹿茸的再生機(jī)理,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)人類器官再生具有重大理論和實(shí)際意義。
研究歷程:
1982—1984:性激素與鹿茸生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)系研究
1985—1987:鹿茸生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育機(jī)制研究
1988—1990:誘導(dǎo)母鹿生茸及公鹿再次生茸研究
1991—1993:鹿茸干細(xì)胞及鹿茸組織發(fā)生的研究
1994—1997:通過(guò)感染鹿茸干細(xì)胞生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)基因鹿茸的研究
1998—2001:通過(guò)分子生物學(xué)的方法,尋找鹿茸獨(dú)特生物活性物質(zhì)研究
2002—至今:從事以鹿茸為模型的干細(xì)胞與哺乳動(dòng)物器官再生、鹿茸生物學(xué)及其基因工程研究。

研究目標(biāo)
通過(guò)積極爭(zhēng)取國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)研究課題,特別是自然科學(xué)基金,863和973項(xiàng)目,以及發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文,力爭(zhēng)成為國(guó)際鹿茸研究領(lǐng)域最具影響力的團(tuán)隊(duì),并致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)人類健康事業(yè)。
主持課題
現(xiàn)任“吉林省特種經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)物分子生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室——省部共建國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室培育基地”常務(wù)副主任,及特種經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)物干細(xì)胞創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家,現(xiàn)主持國(guó)家863課題1項(xiàng)、973前期專項(xiàng)2項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)、吉林省自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),吉林省科技發(fā)展計(jì)劃1項(xiàng)。
