    研究方向?yàn)閱挝竸?dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)。主要研究飼料原料營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值評(píng)定及功能性添加劑有效性評(píng)價(jià)。目前研究包括:①能量蛋白質(zhì)原料有效能及SID氨基酸消化率回歸方程的建立及驗(yàn)證(如高粱、大麥、玉米DDGS、花生粕、葵花粕、酶解角蛋白、蛋黃粉、HP300、發(fā)酵豆粕、酒糟粕、IMPGMP等);②替抗功能性活性物質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)腸道健康的作用機(jī)理(植物提取物、益生菌益生元、酶制劑、有機(jī)酸、酵母提取物、植物精油、有機(jī)微礦等)。
