簡介
孫衛(wèi)東,男,1960年出生,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,1960年4月29日生于山東省單縣。1982年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué),1988年獲日本東京大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1988年曾任日本東京大學(xué)博士研究員,1992年、1997年、1998年曾任日本東京大學(xué)客座研究員,1995年曾任日本帝京大學(xué)客座研究員。1988年至1999年曾就職于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)電子工程與信息科學(xué)系,曾任教授、信息處理中心主任,曾兼任科大-華為信息技術(shù)研究所副所長、網(wǎng)絡(luò)與系統(tǒng)集成研究所副所長、系學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員。1999年7月起就任清華大學(xué)電子工程系遙感研究室教授。
1993年曾任IEEE地球物理與遙感國際會議分會主席,1994年至1999年曾兼任中國電子學(xué)會青年工作委員會委員,1998年至1999年曾兼任安徽省空間遙感學(xué)會理事,2000年曾兼任國家863計劃“西部金睛行動”總體組常務(wù)成員,2000年曾兼任“十五”國家863計劃信息領(lǐng)域信息獲取與處理技術(shù)主題規(guī)劃組成員,2001年至2004年曾兼任國家863計劃信息獲取與處理技術(shù)主題專家組成員,2002年曾任中歐信息技術(shù)論壇分會主席,2003年至2005年曾兼任國家發(fā)改委“農(nóng)產(chǎn)品信息獲取與處理技術(shù)”專家組成員。現(xiàn)兼任若干國家級計劃與獎勵評審專家、國內(nèi)外20余個學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
主要從事數(shù)字圖像處理、衛(wèi)星遙感圖像處理等方面的研究工作,并獲得了一些具有較高理論價值及實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值的研究成果,在IEEE Trans. on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters、自動化學(xué)報、計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計與圖形學(xué)學(xué)報等刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文160余篇,申請發(fā)明專利12項、已授權(quán)6項,編譯著2部。先后主持與承擔(dān)多項國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家863、國家科技支撐等科研項目。

成就
1985~1988年,曾于日本東京大學(xué)從事衛(wèi)星遙感圖像處理的研究,提出了可適用于實(shí)時高精度處理的“橢圓體模型幾何較正法”、“基于衛(wèi)星軌道衛(wèi)星姿勢參數(shù)推測的幾何較正法”和“基于HIRS/2大氣空間分布數(shù)據(jù)的AVHRR溫度分布圖像大氣效應(yīng)校正法”,主持開發(fā)了具有國際領(lǐng)先水平的“NOAA衛(wèi)星圖像實(shí)時接收及處理系統(tǒng)”。1990年以來,先后主持了6項國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、863項目6項、國家科技支撐項目子課題2項,提出了“基于圖像間相關(guān)特性的遙感圖像分辨率提升”、“面向NDVI動態(tài)變化監(jiān)測的相對大氣效應(yīng)校正”、“基于等溫線自動連接的遙感圖像云域影響消除”、“多傳感器信息綜合云域影響消除”、“基于小波變換的多源遙感圖像融合”、“清華1號小衛(wèi)星圖像噪聲消除”、“基于激光與可見光數(shù)據(jù)的室外場景三維重建”、“基于高程誤差修正的MODIS數(shù)據(jù)幾何精校正”、“基于多分辨率遙感數(shù)據(jù)的復(fù)合分類”、“基于條件隨機(jī)場模型的多分辨率遙感圖像復(fù)合分類”、“基于特征端元提取的像元分解”、“基于最小距離限制的非負(fù)矩陣高光譜圖像像元分解”、“用于高光譜圖像端元提取的分層查找”、“目標(biāo)光譜指導(dǎo)下的高光譜圖像混合像元分解”、“基于貝葉斯非負(fù)矩陣分解的區(qū)域關(guān)聯(lián)型像元分解”、“基于相似性積累與光束法平差的機(jī)載視頻圖像拼接”、“基于結(jié)構(gòu)自相似性與稀疏表示的遙感圖像超分辨重建”、“基于局部連續(xù)性與全局相似性的光譜保持型亞像元映射”、“基于多字典稀疏表示的遙感圖像亞像元映射”等方法,主持開發(fā)了實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的“地球物理勘探綜合信息系統(tǒng)”、“古銅鏡圖像相似檢索與綜合管理系統(tǒng)”、“近景目標(biāo)三維測量系統(tǒng)”及“非接觸式糧倉儲量三維激光快速檢測系統(tǒng)”等應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。
