研究方向
魚(yú)類發(fā)育和遺傳育種。
1、 鲆鰈魚(yú)在發(fā)育的過(guò)程中有一個(gè)特殊的變態(tài)過(guò)程，由兩只眼睛在頭骨中線的兩側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)到同一側(cè)，形成有眼側(cè)和盲側(cè)，本課題組對(duì)這個(gè)變態(tài)過(guò)程的調(diào)控機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究；
2、 海水魚(yú)類的轉(zhuǎn)基因長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)一直是海水魚(yú)類基因功能研究的重點(diǎn)，本課題組通過(guò)用顯微注射技術(shù)、精子介導(dǎo)等轉(zhuǎn)基因方法進(jìn)行嘗試，以期建立海水魚(yú)類轉(zhuǎn)基因體系。
