研究方向
魚類發(fā)育和遺傳育種。
1、 鲆鰈魚在發(fā)育的過程中有一個(gè)特殊的變態(tài)過程，由兩只眼睛在頭骨中線的兩側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)到同一側(cè)，形成有眼側(cè)和盲側(cè)，本課題組對這個(gè)變態(tài)過程的調(diào)控機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究；
2、 海水魚類的轉(zhuǎn)基因長期以來一直是海水魚類基因功能研究的重點(diǎn)，本課題組通過用顯微注射技術(shù)、精子介導(dǎo)等轉(zhuǎn)基因方法進(jìn)行嘗試，以期建立海水魚類轉(zhuǎn)基因體系。

1、 主持國家自然科學(xué)基金“ miR-430和miR-92對鲆鰈胚胎發(fā)育早期克氏泡中胞液流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控”（課題號31372511，2014-2017年，在研）；
2、 參加十二五“863” 課題“海水養(yǎng)殖生物重要功能基因的發(fā)掘與研究”（課題號2012AA10A401，2012年-2015年，在研）；
3、 主持國家自然科學(xué)基金“鲆鰈胚胎發(fā)育過程中克氏泡纖毛及其擺動形成的nodal胞液流和Nodal信號途徑與體態(tài)不對稱之間的關(guān)系”（課題號31072204，2011-2013年，已結(jié)題）；
