研究領(lǐng)域
研究方向:生物統(tǒng)計和時間序列分析?
主要從事時序型微陣列基因表達數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析研究。利用B-樣條函數(shù)這一數(shù)學工具,先后在基于統(tǒng)計模型聚類基因表達數(shù)據(jù)、聯(lián)系基因數(shù)據(jù)與臨床癥狀、基于形狀不變模型以識別呈周期變化的基因等方面開展研究,取得了一些初步進展。借助于機器學習中的助推法,對具有刪失的表現(xiàn)型指標與基因表達數(shù)據(jù)建模方面進行了有益的探索。?
針對生物信息中的變量個數(shù)大于樣本的場合下,從理論上如何討論算法的“相合性”是正在進行中的研究工作之一;另外,針對生物數(shù)據(jù)中諸如判斷基因表達有變化的特點,從理論上進一步探討大規(guī)模多重假設(shè)檢驗問題也是將要開展的研究課題。此外,高維數(shù)據(jù)的降維和變量選擇問題也是今后展開研究的內(nèi)容。?
