自2005年以來先后主持國際科學(xué)基金（IFS）2項(xiàng)、國家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)、江蘇省科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、土壤與農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室1項(xiàng)、中國科學(xué)院南京土壤研究所創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域前沿1項(xiàng)、科技基礎(chǔ)性工作專項(xiàng)中的課題1項(xiàng)、中國科學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專項(xiàng)中的專題1項(xiàng)，共9項(xiàng)。作為主要人員參與多項(xiàng)國家級(jí)的科研項(xiàng)目。目前已經(jīng)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文39篇，其中SCI論文11篇，EI論文5篇，國際會(huì)議論文1篇，參編書4本。
