在從事科學(xué)研究工作的同時，長期負(fù)責(zé)電離層臺站，空間環(huán)境綜合觀測臺網(wǎng)綜合觀測和技術(shù)發(fā)展，曾主持研制和引進(jìn)了多種先進(jìn)的電離層等空間環(huán)境探測設(shè)備，對于提高中國地基空間環(huán)境觀測水平起到了重要作用。
