    李百煉(北林教授)

    李百煉,1957年12月出生,美籍華人,博士。現(xiàn)任美國北卡羅萊納州立大學(xué)副校長,北卡州立大學(xué)環(huán)境資源學(xué)院正教授,北美林木遺傳改良協(xié)作組主任,國際林聯(lián)IUFRO第二學(xué)部“樹木生理與森林遺傳”負(fù)責(zé)人,國際著名林學(xué)雜志《Forest Science》和《Canadian Journal of Forest Research》副主編,瑞典農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、澳大利亞昆士蘭大學(xué)、芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)和北京林業(yè)大學(xué)等多所著名大學(xué)的兼職教授和博士生導(dǎo)師。


    人物經(jīng)歷

    1982年畢業(yè)于北京林業(yè)大學(xué)資源學(xué)院林學(xué)專業(yè),獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;

    1983年赴美就讀于北卡羅萊納州立大學(xué)森林系,先后分別在1985年和1989年獲碩士及博士學(xué)位;畢業(yè)后作為博士后受聘于美國最大的林業(yè)公司W(wǎng)eyerhaeuser公司;

    1991年到美國明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)森林資源系任該系遺傳研究課題的研究員和主任;

    1995年回到北卡羅萊納州立大學(xué)森林系執(zhí)教,于1997年提升為副教授并于2004年提升為教授。

    研究方向

    多年來一直從事林木遺傳育種和生物技術(shù)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)、科研、技術(shù)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化等方面的工作,開發(fā)了估計(jì)遺傳參數(shù)和育種值等的最新遺傳模型和分析方法,建立了林木遺傳改良最全面的合作數(shù)據(jù)庫。已在國際著名雜志上發(fā)表論文一百余篇,被引用次數(shù)高達(dá)二千多次。由于在國際上享有很高的榮譽(yù),應(yīng)邀為十余份專業(yè)遺傳雜志的審閱和編輯并多次在重大國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上被邀請(qǐng)作特邀報(bào)告。主持了十余項(xiàng)重大課題,研究總經(jīng)費(fèi)超過一千萬元。
