主要學習工作經(jīng)歷：

黃加順，牛津大學博士，現(xiàn)于中國科學技術(shù)大學公共事務(wù)學院從事教學和研究工作。在加入中國科大前，黃加順曾在國內(nèi)外一流高校、研究院所、政府機關(guān)等研究和學習工作，包括牛津大學、劍橋大學、哈佛大學、香港科技大學、四川大學、北京大學、國務(wù)院發(fā)展研究中心、美國國家經(jīng)濟研究局、地方政府等。

黃加順曾在哈佛大學法學院進行為期兩年研究工作，并于美國國家經(jīng)濟研究局訪問研究。博士畢業(yè)于牛津大學馬丁學院新經(jīng)濟思維研究所、牛津大學環(huán)境中心環(huán)境變化研究所、及圣安東尼學院。碩士畢業(yè)于劍橋大學土地經(jīng)濟系。

黃加順曾為中國政府優(yōu)秀自費留學獎學金“特別優(yōu)秀獎”--全球十大“特等獎”獲得者，牛津大學太古學者，牛津大學博士全額獎學金太古獎學金獲得者，并曾為中國國家南極科考隊隊員。

目前研究方向：

研究領(lǐng)域包括：公共管理與經(jīng)濟政策、創(chuàng)新與科技管理、環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟管理、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、科技與法律等，主要以實證研究方法為主。

主講課程：

《現(xiàn)代社會治理分析》（英文，研究生），《政府與治理》（研究生）等。

學術(shù)論文：

先后發(fā)表學術(shù)論文20余篇，其中以第一作者/通訊作者發(fā)表SSCI、SCI檢索論文近10篇，并為10余家一流SSCI、SCI國際期刊審稿人。

Academic Profile

Dr. Jiashun Huang, School of Public Affairs, University of Science and Technology of China

Before coming to the School of Public Affairs at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Jiashun Huang studied and worked at the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, Harvard University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University, Peking University, Development Research Centre of the State Council, National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), and also local governments.

Jiashun Huang obtained his doctoral degree at the Environmental Change Institute, the Oxford University Centre for the Environment, and the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School. Jiashun worked at the Labour and Worklife Programme at Harvard University for two years. He has a broad range of research interests in economics, environment, innovation, governance, and policy. He was involved in the Infrastructure Transitions Research Consortium (ITRC) programme. He was a Swire Scholar at Oxford, and his DPhil study was fully funded by the Swire Scholarship. He received the China Oxford Scholarship Fund (COSF), and also received funding from the GEMCLIME, the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme under the Marie Sk?odowska-Curie grant. Jiashun obtained his MPhil in Land Economy by Research from the University of Cambridge. Jiashun was also a researcher of the 30th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition team in Antarctica. Jiashun was one of the global top ten Extraordinary Potential Prize recipients of the 2018 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Students Abroad.

At the University of Science and Technology of China, Jiashun teaches courses including 1. Analysis of Administration & Society, and 2. Government & Governance.
