人物經(jīng)歷
羅煒，會計學博士，研究專長為公司治理、風險投資、盈余管理、會計信息與公司激勵計劃、自愿性信息披露。已在《經(jīng)濟研究》、《管理世界》、《中國會計評論》、《會計研究》、Journal of Business Finance & Accounting、Journal of Corporate Finance等學術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表文章若干。主持國家自然科學基金項目——“風險投資退出研究：基于會計信息質(zhì)量與政治關(guān)聯(lián)的雙重視角”。
羅煒博士2004年曾榮獲American Accounting Association Doctoral Consortium Fellow稱號。他是美國會計學會會員，并且擔任《經(jīng)濟研究》、《中國會計評論》、Journal of Business Finance & Accounting、Journal of Corporate Finance等學術(shù)期刊的審稿人。他與合作者（張翼、朱寧）的論文“Bank ownership and executive perquisites: new evidence from an emerging market”，獲得2010年全美華人金融協(xié)會（TCFA）第16屆年會最佳論文獎。
1996武漢大學經(jīng)濟學學士，1999中南財經(jīng)大學會計學碩士，1999~2000 中南財經(jīng)大學會計學院助教，2005匹茲堡大學會計學博士，2005~2011光華管理學院會計系助理教授，2011~光華管理學院會計系副教授。

公司治理；風險投資；盈余管理；會計信息與公司激勵計劃；自愿性信息披露。
