陳英凝（Emily Chan)

公共衛(wèi)生專家，香港中文大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生及基層醫(yī)療學(xué)院副教授，英國(guó)牛津大學(xué)榮譽(yù)研究員(突發(fā)傳染病及應(yīng)急防備)，災(zāi)害與人道救援研究所所長(zhǎng)(CCOUC)

美國(guó)約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)士(1996年)、哈佛大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院(人口及災(zāi)難管理和衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士，1998年)，香港大學(xué)李嘉誠(chéng)醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)博士(2003年)并取得醫(yī)生執(zhí)業(yè)資格。曾往美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院進(jìn)行研究(2003-2006)，并在約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)，倫敦衛(wèi)生與熱帶醫(yī)學(xué)院等世界著名高等學(xué)府都有過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)及工作的經(jīng)歷。

曾于衛(wèi)生署衛(wèi)生防護(hù)中心緊急應(yīng)變及資訊處工作；2006年受聘為香港中文大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生及基層醫(yī)療學(xué)院助理教授，教學(xué)及研究的范圍主要包括全球健康問(wèn)題、災(zāi)難及人道危機(jī)及氣候變化對(duì)健康的影響等，并計(jì)劃將香港發(fā)展成為亞太區(qū)其中一個(gè)災(zāi)難管理培訓(xùn)的基地。2011年出任香港中文大學(xué)及英國(guó)牛津大學(xué)共同設(shè)立的災(zāi)害與人道救援研究所所長(zhǎng)（CollaboratingCentre for Oxford University and CUHK for Disaster and Medical HumanitarianResponse, CCOUC）。研究所致力于推動(dòng)在香港和亞太地區(qū)的災(zāi)害公共衛(wèi)生及醫(yī)療救援方面的研究，教育及知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移工作，項(xiàng)目包括建立并發(fā)展氣候變化與健康研究小組及少數(shù)民族健康及防災(zāi)計(jì)劃（2009-2014）。

1998年加入無(wú)國(guó)界醫(yī)生，擔(dān)任過(guò)多項(xiàng)前線救援、項(xiàng)目評(píng)估及管理等工作，并曾到中國(guó)內(nèi)地及歐洲科索沃，親身參與各類(lèi)醫(yī)療人道救援。2001-2005年任無(wú)國(guó)界醫(yī)生香港辦事處董事會(huì)主席，成為歷來(lái)最年輕及第一位亞洲女性當(dāng)上該職位，足跡遍及世界上多個(gè)曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)人道危機(jī)的地區(qū)，包括東帝汶、柬埔寨、老撾、越南、緬甸、印尼、棉蘭老島、巴西及津巴布韋等天災(zāi)人禍之地。
