研究方向
具體研究內(nèi)容又分為: 宏觀分子 (如蛋白質(zhì), 核酸, 脂肪酸和多糖) 如何跨膜轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn), 細(xì)菌蛋白質(zhì)分泌機(jī)制 和膜蛋白生物生成機(jī)理等三個方向。研究手段主要包括X-射線結(jié)晶學(xué)和低溫冷凍電鏡, 并結(jié)合其他生物物理和生物化學(xué)手段。
