1990 考入北京大學(xué)生物系; 1990-1995 北京大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院，理學(xué)學(xué)士; 1995-1998 北京大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院，理學(xué)碩士; 1998-2004 美國康乃爾大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院, 生物化學(xué)及結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)博士; 2004-2010 美國休斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所/德州西南醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心,博士后/助理研究員/講師; 2011- 中國科學(xué)院生物物理研究所/生物大分子國家重點實驗室/蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)國家實驗室（籌）研究員.
研究方向
具體研究內(nèi)容又分為: 宏觀分子 (如蛋白質(zhì), 核酸, 脂肪酸和多糖) 如何跨膜轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn), 細(xì)菌蛋白質(zhì)分泌機(jī)制 和膜蛋白生物生成機(jī)理等三個方向。研究手段主要包括X-射線結(jié)晶學(xué)和低溫冷凍電鏡, 并結(jié)合其他生物物理和生物化學(xué)手段。
