人物簡(jiǎn)介
研究方向主要涉及透明導(dǎo)電氧化物材料的制備、成膜技術(shù)及其在光伏器件中的應(yīng)用等。曾主持 浙江省科技攻關(guān)1項(xiàng),并作為骨干成員參加中科院院方向性項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),參與多項(xiàng)省市基金以及企業(yè)合作項(xiàng)目。已發(fā)表論文20余篇,申請(qǐng)專利5項(xiàng),其中2項(xiàng)已獲授權(quán)。
