研究領(lǐng)域
希伯來圣經(jīng)的社會(huì)─政治及宗教─文化處境,探究古代兩河流域及迦南地之宗教文化對圣經(jīng)的影響;近年發(fā)展之研究興趣包括跨文本閱讀、比較經(jīng)典詮釋及太平天國釋經(jīng)等。

此外,李熾昌教授于1998-2001年度,受英國劍橋大學(xué)宗教學(xué)與神學(xué)高級研究中心邀請,出任“亞洲基督教”研究計(jì)劃主任
他還擔(dān)任Global Bible Commentary,Journal of Biblical Literature, Biblical Interpretation以及Journal of World Christianity等多項(xiàng)國際性學(xué)術(shù)出版計(jì)劃的編輯和評審工作。
