苗志偉 教授 1991年和1998年畢業(yè)于天津師范大學(xué)化學(xué)系，分別獲得理學(xué)學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位，2002年畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)化學(xué)系，獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，導(dǎo)師：趙玉芬院士。2002-2004年在瑞士聯(lián)邦蘇黎世高等理工大學(xué)（ETH Zürich）從事博士后研究，2004-2011年在南開大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院元素有機化學(xué)研究所任副教授，2012年晉升為教授。主要從事有機磷化學(xué)及不對稱合成化學(xué)研究，已在國內(nèi)外核心化學(xué)期刊上發(fā)表研究論文50余篇，獲得國家發(fā)明專利5項。

研究方向:具有生物活性含磷化合物合成方法研究 。不對稱合成化學(xué)：

（1）糖手性誘導(dǎo)不對稱合成；

（2）有機小分子催化劑催化不對稱合成；

（3）金屬-配體絡(luò)合物催化不對稱合成。
