施巍松，畢業(yè)于西安電子科技大學(xué)。

施巍松1995年7月本科畢業(yè)于西安電子科技大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院，2000年1月在中科院計(jì)算所獲得博士學(xué)位（導(dǎo)師：夏培肅院士）。施巍松博士的研究興趣包括計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),移動(dòng)云計(jì)算和可持續(xù)計(jì)算。他獨(dú)立主持和作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人的項(xiàng)目已超過8百萬美元，已經(jīng)畢業(yè)14名博士和13名碩士，正在培養(yǎng)8名博士生，并在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的高級(jí)雜志和會(huì)議上發(fā)表了SCI論文64篇， 論文被他引5000次以上, H-Index值為36。他編寫的《Foundations of Computer Systems Research》一書2010年由高等教育出版社出版，全球發(fā)行。其團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)的很多軟件被國(guó)際同行使用，其中JIAJIA被世界20多個(gè)國(guó)家120多個(gè)大學(xué)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)使用, 軟件功耗分析工具pTop和SPAN也被廣泛采用。

施巍松博士是IEEE Fellow，擔(dān)任 Elsevier Sustainable Computing, 英文計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)報(bào)（JCST）和國(guó)際傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)報(bào)的編委，并擔(dān)任多個(gè)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議的程序委員會(huì)主席和委員。施巍松博士擔(dān)任過多個(gè)國(guó)際一流期刊的客座編輯，包括Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing (JPDC), IEEEInternet Computing Magazine, 和世界多個(gè)科學(xué)基金會(huì)的特邀評(píng)審專家, 如美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)基金會(huì)，香港研究資助局，卡特爾國(guó)家研究基金等。他還獲得過韋恩州立大學(xué)2004， 2010年度文理學(xué)院“優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng)”,韋恩州立大學(xué)2009年度“Career Development Chair”獎(jiǎng)(該系歷史上第一人獲此殊榮)，2004年度 IFIP Web工程會(huì)議（ICWE）的最佳論文獎(jiǎng)，2005年度IEEE國(guó)際并行和分布處理會(huì)議（IPDPS）的最佳論文獎(jiǎng)，2012 年全國(guó)高性能計(jì)算年會(huì)優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)， 2012 年 IEEE 國(guó)際負(fù)載分析最佳論文獎(jiǎng)（IISWC），并于 2009年入選世界名人錄。
