1989.9~1991.10寧夏青銅峽市生產(chǎn)資料公司, 技術(shù)員；1991.10~1997.1陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院土壤肥料研究所, 研究實(shí)習(xí)員；1997.2~2003.11 陜西省農(nóng)科院土肥所,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)資源環(huán)境學(xué)院,助理研究員。

2003.12~西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)資源環(huán)境學(xué)院, 副教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師。2007.5~2008.5英國Rothamsted Research訪問研究。

第一至三屆(1997～2009年) 陜西省植物營養(yǎng)與肥料學(xué)會秘書長，第四屆理事。中國植物營養(yǎng)與肥料學(xué)會土壤肥力專業(yè)委員會委員；中國土壤學(xué)會第十屆理事會“青年工作委員會”委員。
