研發(fā)特異性調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子功能性反應(yīng)元件以及表觀遺傳修飾的策略，并以此揭示配子發(fā)生過程中的轉(zhuǎn)錄和表觀遺傳修飾調(diào)節(jié)的機(jī)制及其生物學(xué)意義。
