    研究方向

    主要以我國(guó)西部林木類群和青藏高原特有植物為研究對(duì)象,在大規(guī)模開展野外調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)收集的基礎(chǔ)上,利用傳統(tǒng)分子標(biāo)記和二代測(cè)序技術(shù),結(jié)合分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育、生物地理、譜系地理、群體遺傳、群體基因組等領(lǐng)域多種數(shù)據(jù)分析手段,從物種分化、種群動(dòng)態(tài)、分布范圍變遷等多個(gè)方面開展植物生態(tài)與進(jìn)化歷史研究。
