基本內(nèi)容
長(zhǎng)期從事氧化物晶體的坩堝下降法生長(zhǎng)研究,負(fù)責(zé)過(guò)上海市青年科技啟明星計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、中國(guó)科學(xué)院重大項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)重要課題,在壓電晶體LBO、新型弛豫鐵電晶體PZNT、非線性光學(xué)晶體KLN等晶體生長(zhǎng)方面取得了一些重要研究成果,并發(fā)明了底部籽晶法(BSSG)等新生長(zhǎng)技術(shù)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物和國(guó)際會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文100余篇,申請(qǐng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利7項(xiàng),發(fā)表管理學(xué)和人文科學(xué)論文近20篇。參與研制和生產(chǎn)的新型壓電晶體LBO,被日本、韓國(guó)等多家國(guó)際大公司采用,累計(jì)產(chǎn)值已超過(guò)7000萬(wàn)元。該項(xiàng)目1993年獲得中科院科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、1995年獲得國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)、1997年獲得國(guó)家專利局與世界知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)組織聯(lián)合頒發(fā)的“中國(guó)專利創(chuàng)造發(fā)明金獎(jiǎng)”。
課題組現(xiàn)有研究人員10名,目前承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)(25萬(wàn)元),中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新方向性項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)(400萬(wàn)元,合作),上海市自然科學(xué)重點(diǎn)基金1項(xiàng)(30萬(wàn)元,合作)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新前沿項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)(150萬(wàn)元)以及LBO晶體產(chǎn)業(yè)化項(xiàng)目等。
近年來(lái),他一方面承擔(dān)四英寸LBO 晶體生長(zhǎng)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目和LBO晶體的出口任務(wù),另一方面加強(qiáng)晶體學(xué)科建設(shè),開(kāi)展了熱電導(dǎo)體材料、生物活性玻璃、馳豫鐵電單晶等新材料研究。目前正在研究的課題有“大尺寸四硼酸鉀晶體的生長(zhǎng)和應(yīng)用”(上海市攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目)、“CaO—Y(Gd)203-B2O3三元系統(tǒng)局域相圖研究”(國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金)、“摻雜鈮酸鍶鋇晶體生長(zhǎng)研究”(上海市AM基金)、“新型非線性光學(xué)晶體探索研究”、“先進(jìn)醫(yī)療器械用馳豫鐵電單晶的生長(zhǎng)研究”(中國(guó)科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新工程前沿項(xiàng)目)等,項(xiàng)目總經(jīng)費(fèi)達(dá)數(shù)百萬(wàn)元。此外,還與美國(guó)、韓國(guó)、新加坡、葡萄牙等國(guó)家的大學(xué)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)建立了國(guó)際合作關(guān)系。
徐家躍研究員不僅積極投身科研事業(yè),而且關(guān)心我國(guó)科研管理事業(yè)的發(fā)展。在科研之余,以強(qiáng)烈的社會(huì)責(zé)任感觀察分析了科研管理和科技戰(zhàn)線上精神文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,近幾年來(lái)在《科學(xué)學(xué)與科學(xué)技術(shù)管理》、《科壇文明天地》、《中國(guó)科學(xué)報(bào)》、《書(shū)城》等刊物上發(fā)表人文和管理論文近20篇,提出當(dāng)代科研道德建設(shè)的新思路,引起科學(xué)學(xué)界和科研管理部門(mén)的注意。他研究了科學(xué)的文化特征,指出科學(xué)要在中國(guó)扎根,必須從文化入手,學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)思維,由此提出了科學(xué)本土化理論,受到了國(guó)際著名科學(xué)學(xué)專家、中國(guó)管理科學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)趙紅州教授(已故)的高度贊賞并題詩(shī)相贈(zèng)。1997年獲得上海市科技系統(tǒng)中青年干部讀書(shū)活動(dòng)個(gè)人一等獎(jiǎng)。
