2、具有較強(qiáng)專業(yè)技能和專業(yè)精神，對(duì)規(guī)劃編制有興趣和追求；

3、具有較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目統(tǒng)籌能力與良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)作能力，能獨(dú)立地處理和解決問題；

2、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目土地規(guī)劃、用地指標(biāo)及規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)條件等的論證及技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)，處理與設(shè)計(jì)院、政府主管職能部門的日常關(guān)系維護(hù)和溝通協(xié)調(diào)等。

3、參與設(shè)計(jì)管理類制度、流程、知識(shí)文件的起草和優(yōu)化工作；

4、配合投資拓展、開發(fā)報(bào)建工作。

任職要求：

1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)；

2、三年以上知名地產(chǎn)公司或規(guī)劃院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉深圳城市更新政策；

3、參與過深圳城市更新項(xiàng)目的專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃方案編制及報(bào)批工作；

4、有兩個(gè)以上深圳城市規(guī)劃更新項(xiàng)目專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Key task in project phase:
- support pinheader line relocation and modification, organise line layout plan, installation and release.
- build up production and process competence in leadplant(WaP), transfer and adaption of manufacturing and inspection instructions and working plans
- support and confirm production document translation( i.e work instruction, changeover instruction, adjustment instruction, layout, flow chart, FMEA, CP, specification of tools and fixtures, reorder points for tools and fixtures..)
- prepare release and SOP of products for local customers
- collaboration with lead plant and international production network
- coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, lead plant, and external suppliers
- participation in simultanuous engineering teams
- max. 6 months technical training at Waiblingen, Germany
Key task in phas ramp up and series production:
- Manages and improve key figure(KPI, RPP....) of responsible area
- Coordination of TPM
- Updating production documentation
- Initiates problem solving
- support shopfloor management

Qualifications

Education: Graduate engineer in mechanical or industrial engineering

Work Experience: min. 2 years at production department, especially in Bosch Group

Knowledge/ Skills:

- basic knowledge in MAE ordering
- problem solving techniques (8D, Ishikawa, Shainin)
- result oriented, systematic
- self-dependent, team player
