1、28歲以上，大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2、六年以上機(jī)械加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉CNC加工編程、加工夾具及刀具；
3、了解工藝過(guò)程控制工具如工藝過(guò)程能力研究，SPC等；
5、熟練運(yùn)用AutoCAD，及/UG/CATIA/PROE三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件中的一種。
6、具有良好的溝通能力及合作精神。
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)加工工藝的制定和切削刀具的選定、工裝的設(shè)計(jì)；
2、負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目的成本核算；
3、持續(xù)提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和效率；
4、編制CNC加工程序；
5、負(fù)責(zé)工藝技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作等。
1、中技以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械專(zhuān)業(yè) 數(shù)控專(zhuān)業(yè)
2、5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、熟悉機(jī)械加工原理，識(shí)圖制圖能力強(qiáng)，能熟練運(yùn)用AutoCAD/MasterCAM/UG等軟件，會(huì)獨(dú)立運(yùn)用MasterCAM、UG進(jìn)行編程，熟悉MAZAK高速機(jī)、FANUC系統(tǒng)，熟悉常用數(shù)控刀具參數(shù)。熟悉四軸五軸加工中心編程管理，數(shù)控車(chē)銑床，進(jìn)口電火花慢走絲。
4、思維活躍，動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)。
5、編寫(xiě)零件加工工藝
6、繪制零件加工工序圖
7、設(shè)計(jì)批量零件加工所需夾具，提高工作效率。
8、申購(gòu)材料及配件。

職責(zé)
Responsibilities
1. 接到客戶(hù)圖紙后進(jìn)行圖紙與技術(shù)規(guī)范的審核，并通過(guò)技術(shù)交流，與客戶(hù)在圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)范方面達(dá)成一致。
After receiving customer’s drawing, review drawing and technical standard, and through technical communication reach an agreement with customer on drawing and technical standard.
2. 在新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)階段配合報(bào)價(jià)工程師完成工藝方案設(shè)計(jì)，流程圖制作，加工成本計(jì)算和設(shè)備投資規(guī)劃及項(xiàng)目可行性分析。
At the stage of new product quotation cooperate with quotation engineer to design process scheme, make flow chart, calculate machining cost, make equipment investment plan and analyze project feasibility.
3. 作為項(xiàng)目組長(zhǎng)，負(fù)責(zé)管理指定的項(xiàng)目，并且推動(dòng)APQP小組開(kāi)展日�；顒�(dòng)。
Being as project leader, manage appointed project and push APQP team to carry out daily activity.
4. 設(shè)計(jì)新產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝，編寫(xiě)數(shù)控加工程序。
Design production process of new product and make CNC program.
5. 提供夾具設(shè)計(jì)工藝技術(shù)要求給夾具工程師進(jìn)行夾具設(shè)計(jì)，列出刀具清單，刀具選型。按照潛在供應(yīng)商評(píng)估和批準(zhǔn)程序開(kāi)發(fā)刀具和夾具供應(yīng)商。
Provide fixture engineer with process technical requirement for fixture design, listing tools list and type. According to potential supplier evaluation and approval procedure, develop tool and fixture supplier.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的試生產(chǎn)，并且根據(jù)TS16949的要求生產(chǎn)出一定批量的合格樣品。然后將新產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)給生產(chǎn)部門(mén)，進(jìn)入正式生產(chǎn)階段。
Be responsible for new product’s test running, and according to TS16949 produce a batch of qualified samples, and then hand the new product over to production department to get into formal production stage.
7. 編寫(xiě)、修改和維護(hù)流程圖、FMEA和控制計(jì)劃。
Make, revise and maintain flow chart, FMEA and control plan.
8. 同質(zhì)量工程師合作完成OTS和PPAP樣件提交報(bào)告，審核提交樣件。
Cooperate with quality engineer to make OTS and PPAP sample report and audit sample.
9. 編寫(xiě)工藝文件和產(chǎn)品作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)。
Make process document and products instructions.
10. 培訓(xùn)CNC操作手如何生產(chǎn)新產(chǎn)品，以及應(yīng)生產(chǎn)部的要求培訓(xùn)操作手不斷提高CNC操作技能。
Train CNC operators to produce new products and based on production department’s requirement train operators to continuously improve CNC operation skills.
11. 按照公司新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程完成整個(gè)項(xiàng)目直至順利量產(chǎn)。
According to the company’s new product development flow, complete the whole project till smooth mass production.
12. 參與現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的過(guò)程改進(jìn)，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本。
Participate in existing production process improvement to improve products quality, production efficiency, and decrease production cost.

Have professional knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machining process, and have basic knowledge of geometry parameter and GD&T. Have working experience in CNC machining.
★能夠熟練使用Auto CAD、Master CAM、Solid Works。
Be proficient in using Auto CAD 、Master CAM、Solid Works.
★能熟練操作Mazak, Brother等CNC機(jī)床，很強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題的解決能力。

4. 經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience
★3年以上數(shù)控工藝工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠熟練編制四軸數(shù)控加工工藝，有5軸經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
Over 3 years’ experience as CNC process engineer, and be proficient in making 4-axes CNC machining process. Familiar with 5Axis machining a plus.
5. 語(yǔ)言 Language
★大學(xué)英語(yǔ)4級(jí)，良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書(shū)面表達(dá)能力。
CET 4th, good oral and written English.
