約翰·盧特 - 簡介

約翰?盧特(John Rutter，1945年9月24日—)是一位英國作曲家及合唱指揮，擅長處理大型圣樂合唱作品，曾編寫多首圣樂作品，包括《榮耀頌》(Gloria)、《安魂曲》(Requiem)、《大地好風(fēng)光》(For the Beauty of the Earth)、《一切美麗光明物》(All Things Bright and Beautiful)等。

盧特于劍橋Clare College進(jìn)修音樂，并于1975至1979年期間于該學(xué)院任職管風(fēng)琴學(xué)者及音樂主任。他1981年于1981年成立劍橋合唱團(tuán)(Cambridge Singers)，于其中擔(dān)任指揮，并以他旗下的Collegium Records名義制作多首圣樂作品錄音。盧特現(xiàn)居英國劍橋，并經(jīng)常與各地不同合唱團(tuán)及交響樂團(tuán)合作。
