趙偉利 - 人物簡介

趙偉利，博士導(dǎo)師。先后從事過有機化學(xué)、分析化學(xué)、物理化學(xué)、光化學(xué)、納米材料、藥物化學(xué)等學(xué)科的科研工作。先后在美國加州大學(xué)爾灣分校、加州理工學(xué)院和瑞士聯(lián)邦蘇黎世理工學(xué)院做訪問學(xué)者、博士后及獨立研究員。進入復(fù)旦大學(xué)前曾任羅氏研發(fā)（中國）有限公司藥物研發(fā)副主任﹑主任，負(fù)責(zé)抗腫瘤小分子藥物的研發(fā)。其中，小分子激酶抑制劑已經(jīng)接近臨床一期實驗階段。

趙偉利 - 研究成果

2008年被引進到復(fù)旦大學(xué)藥學(xué)院以來，已經(jīng)獲國家“八六三”、“九七三”，和上海市“浦江人才計劃項目”等資助，并成功招募了包括兩個講師和數(shù)個研究生在內(nèi)的研究團隊。趙偉利博士曾主持完成了3項研究項目，集中于小分子抗腫瘤藥物研發(fā)和近紅外熒光探針研究。其中，小分子激酶抑制劑研究已經(jīng)接近于臨床一期研究階段。近年來在有機合成和近紅外熒光探針等方面的研究富有成效，分別在Org. Lett.; Chem. Eur. J.; J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Engl. Ed.等國際著名刊物上發(fā)表多篇論文， 申請了4篇國際專利。
