主講課程
先后講授過《微生物生物學(xué)》及實驗、《發(fā)酵工程》及實驗、《細菌分類學(xué)》及實驗、《農(nóng)業(yè)微生物學(xué)》及實驗、《微生物生理學(xué)》、《微生物代謝調(diào)控》等本科生與研究生課程。
研究方向
主要從事發(fā)酵工程的研究，從“七五”開始進行農(nóng)用抗生素——阿維菌素的研制工作，從誘變育種、發(fā)酵工藝、產(chǎn)物提取等方面完成了阿維菌素工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)研究。主要進行農(nóng)用抗生素——多殺菌素的研制，生物肥料、大型真菌發(fā)酵及活性物質(zhì)分析、鏈霉菌分子生物學(xué)等相關(guān)研究。
研究工作在1999年通過了部級鑒定，并已實現(xiàn)了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)，2001年4月-2002年4月在日本國家食品研究所從事與黃曲霉毒素有關(guān)的研究工作。
