梁朋四川大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教授博導(dǎo)北京大學(xué)生物系學(xué)士,美國(guó)伊利諾斯大學(xué)生物化學(xué)博士,美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院 Dana-Farber癌癥研究所博士后,美國(guó) Vanderbilt大學(xué)終身教授。是基因差異顯示技術(shù)和蛋白質(zhì)三聚體化技術(shù)的發(fā)明人、白介素24(IL-24)及受體的發(fā)現(xiàn)者、p53靶基因 Killin,NDRG1,CYFIP2和TIS11D的發(fā)現(xiàn)者,擁有10項(xiàng)已授權(quán)的美國(guó)專(zhuān)利。1997年獲北美華人生物學(xué)家年會(huì)(SCBA)頒發(fā)的“科技發(fā)明大獎(jiǎng)”,1998年獲德國(guó)分子生物學(xué)和生物化學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的“分子分析大獎(jiǎng)”。

癌癥及自身免疫性疾。ㄈ缗Fぐ_及關(guān)節(jié)炎)等的發(fā)病分子基理及治療手段。
研究?jī)?nèi)容
本實(shí)驗(yàn)室以運(yùn)用世界上最先進(jìn)的熒光基因表達(dá)差異顯示(FDD)技術(shù)為手段,尋找及發(fā)現(xiàn)疾病相關(guān)的靶基因,用生物化學(xué)及細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行功能性研究。用AP-Tag技術(shù)尋找及研究相關(guān)的分泌型細(xì)胞因子及其細(xì)胞表面受體,并運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代生物邏輯制藥的方法(包括本實(shí)驗(yàn)室發(fā)明的蛋白質(zhì)三聚體化技術(shù)),在生物反應(yīng)器中采用無(wú)血清細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)技術(shù)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)新一代癌癥及自身免疫性疾病的靶向抗體及可溶性受體蛋白質(zhì)藥物。
