早年經(jīng)歷
1956年10月21日凱麗·費雪出生于美國加州的洛杉磯。是著名影星戴比·雷諾茲和歌手艾迪·費舍之女，12歲起就隨著母親在拉斯維加斯的夜總會表演。
讀高中時因禁不住對戲劇的狂熱而辦理了休學(xué)手續(xù)，而后跟隨母親在各地演出。
演藝經(jīng)歷
1975年，18歲的她獲得了出演首部電影《洗發(fā)水》的機會，在片中引誘情場圣手沃倫·比蒂。拍完本片后，她隨即前往英國倫敦的中央戲劇學(xué)校就讀。
1977年畢業(yè)后返回美國，不久即贏得喬治·盧卡斯的賞識，在他的科幻經(jīng)典作《星球大戰(zhàn)》中飾演萊婭公主一角，該片風(fēng)靡全球，令其一躍成為國際知名女星。
然而除了該片及其兩部續(xù)集《帝國反擊戰(zhàn)》和《絕地大反擊》外，未能繼續(xù)推出佳作。
其后曾一度沉淪毒海，戒毒后將自己的經(jīng)歷撰寫成半自傳體小說《來自邊緣的明信片》，后來又由她親自編劇拍成電影，她也借此機會復(fù)出影壇，出演了《肥皂拼盤》、《虎克船長》等片。
1997年還參演了票房極佳的喜劇片《王牌大賤諜》。
2017年12月15日，凱麗·費雪參演《星球大戰(zhàn)8：最后的絕地武士》在北美公映。

北京時間2016年12月28日凌晨，凱麗·費雪因為心臟病突發(fā)而辭世，享年60歲。
2017年6月，警方提供了更詳細(xì)的尸檢報告：凱麗·費雪去世時體內(nèi)有多種藥品、毒品：可卡因、美沙酮、海洛因和迷幻藥。
