1976年12月畢業(yè)于北京科技大學(xué)材料物理專(zhuān)業(yè)。
1985年晉升講師,
1992年晉升副教授,
1995年破格晉升教授。
1976年12月~1993年6月,在原山東工業(yè)大學(xué)熱處理教研室任教,曾任教研室黨支部書(shū)記,副主任。
1993年7月~2000年7月,在原山東工業(yè)大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院先后擔(dān)任院總支書(shū)記、院長(zhǎng)。

主要研究方向
現(xiàn)主要從事超硬材料、生物醫(yī)學(xué)材料、表面化學(xué)熱處理、熱處理工藝材料和無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)等研究方向的教學(xué)與科研工作。先后主持。
參加省部級(jí)以上科研項(xiàng)目20余項(xiàng);獲國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明四等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),山東省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng)、三等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng);獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利2項(xiàng);
發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文120余篇,其中被SCI、EI收錄40余篇。
教育成就
主講博士生課程1門(mén),碩士生課程2門(mén),本科生課程5門(mén)。已招收、培養(yǎng)博士生9名,其中4名已獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位;
已招收培養(yǎng)碩士生13名,其中7名已獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。曾獲校優(yōu)秀教師稱(chēng)號(hào)。
