人物生平
1982年1月，本科畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)化學(xué)系。
1987年3月，于法國國家科研中心獲法國國家理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
1987年4月至1989年3月，在澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)理論化學(xué)系做博士后。
1989至1997年，在山東大學(xué)化學(xué)院任教。1992年9月，晉升教授，曾任國家教委高校教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會有機(jī)化學(xué)分會委員、中國化學(xué)會理事、中國化學(xué)會高分子專業(yè)委員會委員、山東化學(xué)化工學(xué)會常務(wù)理事等。
1998年起，擔(dān)任《高分子學(xué)報》編委會委員。
1993～2000年，任《膠體和聚合物》期刊編委。
1997年10月至2000年10月，先后在美國Buffalo州立大學(xué)，南Mississippi 大學(xué)和加拿大McMaster大學(xué)作訪問學(xué)者。
2000年底至2004年2月，先后在3M 公司北美部和MAPEI Inc. 公司蒙特里爾的研究發(fā)展部從事技術(shù)開發(fā)工作。
2004年初，作為省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人受聘于濟(jì)南大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院。
研究領(lǐng)域
主要從事乳液聚合方法及機(jī)理、乳膠粒微觀結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及表征、水分散體系聚合物粘合劑、建筑材料添加劑、功能性聚合物顆粒的制備和表征、雙親聚合物粒子的藥物填充及靶向等的研究。目前承擔(dān)一項國家自然科學(xué)基金項目(高分子材料昆蟲激素包覆體系制備無毒無藥滅蟲劑)，一項山東省自然科學(xué)基金項目(高分子材料藥物包覆體系的制備與表征)，山東省“高校學(xué)科帶頭人”基金(高分子材料水分散體系的制備與表征)，也有與企業(yè)合作項目，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)近百萬元。

榮譽(yù)獎項
1990年，獲國家教委留學(xué)回國基金和山東大學(xué)優(yōu)秀青年教師基金的資助。
1991年，承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金。
1994和1998年，分別承擔(dān)一項國家自然科學(xué)基金項目。
1994年，承擔(dān)國家教委優(yōu)秀年輕教師基金。
1997年，承擔(dān)了山東大學(xué)跨世紀(jì)青年基金。作為主要參與者參加了一項山東省自然科學(xué)基金和一項國家教委基金。在國內(nèi)外有關(guān)雜志已發(fā)表論文近百篇，兩次在ACS出版的專著中撰寫有關(guān)章節(jié)，兩次被Wiley & Sons 出版社聘為特邀主編，40余次在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會議作學(xué)術(shù)報告。
1984年，獲山東省科委科技成果進(jìn)步二等獎。
1992年，獲山東省教委科技理論成果二等獎，獲“山東大學(xué)優(yōu)秀青年教師”，獲“山東省高校優(yōu)秀青年教師”。
1996年，獲“山東省優(yōu)秀知識分子”，獲山東大學(xué)科技成果一等獎。
1996年，獲山東省教委科技進(jìn)步三等獎。
2006年，獲中國石油和化學(xué)工業(yè)協(xié)會科技進(jìn)步二等獎。
多次組織并主持召開國際學(xué)術(shù)會議（1994年第五屆功能高分子和精細(xì)化學(xué)國際研討會、1995年亞洲聚合反應(yīng)和精細(xì)高分子研討會、1995年95全國高分子年會、1996年第六屆功能高分子和精細(xì)化學(xué)國際研討會和1997年第七屆功能高分子和精細(xì)化學(xué)國際研討會）。
主講過高分子結(jié)構(gòu)與性能、乳液聚合原理、聚合物合成工藝學(xué)、文獻(xiàn)選讀和專業(yè)外語等研究生課程和本科課程。
