金雙根，男，1974年9月生，籍貫安徽，博士，中科院上海天文臺研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)空間大地測量研究中心主任，國際大地測量協(xié)會(IAG)會士和分委員會4.6主席(2011-2015)，國際行星科學(xué)協(xié)會(IAPS)主席(2013-2017)，亞洲大洋洲地球科學(xué)學(xué)會(AOGS)行星科學(xué)部秘書長(2014-)和全球華人導(dǎo)航定位協(xié)會(CPGPS)主席(2016-2018)。1999年獲武漢大學(xué)學(xué)士，2003年獲中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)博士。2004-2010年，先后在澳大利亞、韓國、比利時和美國等工作。長期從事衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航、GNSS遙感、衛(wèi)星重力和空間行星探測研究及其應(yīng)用，取得了多項(xiàng)有國際影響力的創(chuàng)新性成果。在國際地球與空間科學(xué)頂尖期刊JGR，IEEE，EPSL，GJI，Icarus，JG和會議等發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文250余篇，其中SCI檢索90余篇(第一作者50余篇)，EI檢索30余篇，出版專著和教科書7部，被Nature等引用1100余篇次，獲國家發(fā)明專利和軟件著作權(quán)7項(xiàng)，國際會議特邀報告40余次。主持歐空局(ESA)、澳大利亞研究委員會(ARC)和中國科技部“973”計劃子課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金和省部級項(xiàng)目等10余項(xiàng)。培養(yǎng)博士后5名、博士16名和碩士17名，其中國外博士后2名和留學(xué)生10名。
擔(dān)任國際期刊International Journal of Geosciences主編(2010-)、IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing副主編(2014-)、Journal of Navigation副主編(2014-)、Advances in Space Research副主編(2013-)、Journal of Geodynamics編委(2014-)、Planetary and Space Science編委(2014-)和其他7個國際期刊副主編或編委。獲省部級自然科學(xué)和科技進(jìn)步二等獎4項(xiàng)(其中第一完成人2項(xiàng))、韓國天文與空間科學(xué)研究院特別獎(2006)、中國地球物理學(xué)會傅承義青年科技獎(2012)、上海市“浦江人才計劃”(2012)、中國科學(xué)人年度人物杰出青年科學(xué)家獎(2013)、劉光鼎地球物理青年科技獎(2013)和夏堅白測繪事業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)與科技創(chuàng)新獎(2014)等。
