2001年獲華東師范大學(xué)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；

2006年獲華東師范大學(xué)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位；

2005年1月到2006年6月在美國(guó)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生研究所(National Institutes of Health, NIH)過敏與感染疾病研究所(National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID)作聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生；

2006年9月到2010年1月在美國(guó)加州大學(xué)圣地亞哥分校(University of California, San Diego)醫(yī)學(xué)院皮膚學(xué)系作博士后；

與宿主共生的一些細(xì)菌有益于宿主，這已成為近幾年的研究熱點(diǎn)。皮膚共生菌是如何增強(qiáng)皮膚免疫能力來抗衡微生物入侵和/或感染以及如何調(diào)節(jié)銀屑病人的再生胰島源蛋白3A 的表達(dá)是我們的主要研究方向。目前本課題組正與美國(guó)、韓國(guó)等國(guó)家的科學(xué)家合作，研究重點(diǎn)包括：1)表皮葡萄球菌的脂磷壁酸(lipoteichoic acid)對(duì)傷口炎癥發(fā)生過程中Toll樣受體3(Toll-like receptor 3, TLR3)信號(hào)通路的調(diào)控機(jī)理； 2)皮膚傷口炎癥發(fā)生過程中炎癥因子的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制和腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)因子1(TNF receptor-associated factor 1, TRAF1)對(duì)TLR3信號(hào)通路所引發(fā)炎癥的抑制機(jī)理；3）表皮葡萄球菌誘導(dǎo)抗菌肽β-防御素和鼠源再生胰島源蛋白3-γ在皮膚傷口感染中的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制；4）REG3A在銀屑病中的調(diào)節(jié)表達(dá)。
