學(xué)術(shù)簡介
以維生素C和苯丙素類化合物為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物,闡明微生物高效異源合成植物天然產(chǎn)物的生理機制,并通過計算機輔助的代謝途徑設(shè)計、代謝途徑單元模塊化調(diào)控、輔因子平衡與再生調(diào)控、反義RNA工程等策略,在微生物中實現(xiàn)來源于植物的高附加值天然產(chǎn)物的高效異源合成。
