INTERESTS
The research in my laboratory is aimed at understanding the structural and molecular mechanisms involved in important cellular process, with focus on
· Key enzymes in the pollutants microbial degradation pathways;
· Key components in DNA repair system;
· Virulence factors of important pathogens. Our approaches encompass a variety of biochemical and biophysical methods, in which X-ray crystallography is the most important technique. PUBLICATIONS:
