研究方向介紹
利用染色體工程方法系統(tǒng)開展小麥族珍稀物種非洲黑麥、多年生簇毛麥和茸毛偃麥草等優(yōu)異基因?qū)朐耘嘈←湹难芯,成功地?chuàng)制了一大批可資小麥育種應(yīng)用的抗病新種質(zhì),并開展了基因組進(jìn)化研究。先后4次獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目的資助。研究結(jié)果在Molecular Ecology、Theoreticaland Applied Genetics、Euphytica、Hereditas、Genetic Resources and Crop Evolution、《科學(xué)通報(bào)》、《高技術(shù)通訊》、《遺傳學(xué)報(bào)》、《作物學(xué)報(bào)》等國內(nèi)外植物遺傳育種核心期刊發(fā)表論文50余篇,其中SCI、EI收錄論文22篇。參加培育小麥新品種2個(gè),省級鑒定科研成果2項(xiàng)。目前主持在研國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),四川省杰出青年學(xué)科帶頭人培養(yǎng)基金1項(xiàng),四川省小麥育種攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),參加國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。2006年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才計(jì)劃,2008年增選為四川省細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會理事、副理事長,2009年獲四川省青年科技獎(jiǎng)并被遴選為四川省學(xué)術(shù)和技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選。
