1998年獲北京大學地質學與經濟學雙學位，2001年獲北京大學環(huán)境科學碩士，2007年獲哈佛大學公共政策博士學位，目前是美國環(huán)境與資源經濟學會（AERE）成員，歐洲環(huán)境與資源經濟學會（EAERE）成員，中國環(huán)境科學學會環(huán)境經濟學分會委員，《環(huán)境經濟與政策》雜志編委，在氣候建模、碳金融方面擔任世界銀行與聯(lián)合國（UNESCAP）的咨詢專家，兼任清華大學中國與世界經濟研究中心（CCWE）研究員、清華大學中國財政稅收研究所研究員。

為能源與環(huán)境經濟學，主要研究中國環(huán)境稅改革，應對氣候變化的經濟手段分析，可計算的動態(tài)一般均衡模型（CGE）建模、綠色生產率等研究。

承擔多項國家縱向課題與國際合作項目，其中包括國家自然科學基金項目、教育部人文社科基金項目、清華大學自主科研項目、加拿大國際發(fā)展研究中心（IDRC- EEPSEA）課題、Environment for Development（EFD）國際項目、清華-魯汶國際合作項目，并參加國家科技部973氣候變化課題與清華大學低碳經濟研究院課題等等。研究成果發(fā)表在Review of Environmental Economics and Policy、Review of Income and Wealth、Asian Economic Policy Review、Asian Economic Journal等SSCI國際期刊，以及經濟研究、金融研究、經濟學動態(tài)等國內期刊。
