1998年獲北京大學(xué)地質(zhì)學(xué)與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)雙學(xué)位，2001年獲北京大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)碩士，2007年獲哈佛大學(xué)公共政策博士學(xué)位，目前是美國環(huán)境與資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會（AERE）成員，歐洲環(huán)境與資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會（EAERE）成員，中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分會委員，《環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)與政策》雜志編委，在氣候建模、碳金融方面擔(dān)任世界銀行與聯(lián)合國（UNESCAP）的咨詢專家，兼任清華大學(xué)中國與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心（CCWE）研究員、清華大學(xué)中國財政稅收研究所研究員。

為能源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，主要研究中國環(huán)境稅改革，應(yīng)對氣候變化的經(jīng)濟(jì)手段分析，可計算的動態(tài)一般均衡模型（CGE）建模、綠色生產(chǎn)率等研究。

承擔(dān)多項國家縱向課題與國際合作項目，其中包括國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、教育部人文社科基金項目、清華大學(xué)自主科研項目、加拿大國際發(fā)展研究中心（IDRC- EEPSEA）課題、Environment for Development（EFD）國際項目、清華-魯汶國際合作項目，并參加國家科技部973氣候變化課題與清華大學(xué)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院課題等等。研究成果發(fā)表在Review of Environmental Economics and Policy、Review of Income and Wealth、Asian Economic Policy Review、Asian Economic Journal等SSCI國際期刊，以及經(jīng)濟(jì)研究、金融研究、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)動態(tài)等國內(nèi)期刊。
