2005年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院動物研究所,2005至2013年先后在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、美國新墨西哥大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院、路易斯安娜州立大學(xué)健康科學(xué)中心做博士后,主要從事神經(jīng)發(fā)生與腦損傷方面的研究。2014年起,在美國約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院做Research Associate。2015年入選中科院百人計(jì)劃。研究成果發(fā)表在 Cell、 Cell Stem Cell、Neuron、Stem Cells、 Cell Reports、 Journal of Neuroscience、Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism 等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上
研究領(lǐng)域
研究工作主要集中在腦損傷的發(fā)病機(jī)理、神經(jīng)發(fā)生的分子調(diào)控、以及干細(xì)胞在腦損傷修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用研究。研究組的主要研究方向包括:(1)腦損傷后,大腦內(nèi)環(huán)境變化對神經(jīng)發(fā)生與神經(jīng)再生影響的分子機(jī)理;(2)慢性創(chuàng)傷性腦病的分子致病機(jī)制;(3)探索通過干細(xì)胞移植和改善神經(jīng)再生與可塑性內(nèi)環(huán)境而實(shí)現(xiàn)腦損科研項(xiàng)目
