智能生物納米材料,納米醫(yī)藥及靶向藥物載體,復(fù)合高分子材料,DNA 折紙術(shù)
研究方向:
本課題組主要致力于以蛋白質(zhì)及核酸等生物大分子為原料設(shè)計(jì)和制備智能生物納米材料的研究。結(jié)合生物工程技術(shù)和化學(xué)合成技術(shù)的手段對(duì)天然蛋白質(zhì)及核酸進(jìn)行改造,設(shè)計(jì)和誘導(dǎo)其有序的自組裝過程,同時(shí)研究生物大分子與合成高分子的復(fù)合材料,設(shè)計(jì)和制備能夠用于納米醫(yī)藥,靶向藥物傳遞,生物成像,癌癥診療等領(lǐng)域的新型智能納米材料。
