    研究方向

    研究方向?yàn)槠想姼泻妥儔浩、磁感?yīng)無線功率傳輸。主要包含以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:新型背面硅嵌入式變壓器結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)現(xiàn),多孔硅和磁芯材料在背面硅嵌入式電感和變壓器中的應(yīng)用,片上變壓器在數(shù)字隔離器中的應(yīng)用,使用背面硅嵌入式無線功率接收線圈的無線功率接收芯片,用于飛行器的無線功率傳輸,可穿戴生物傳感器的無線供能。

    研究領(lǐng)域

    1.隔離變壓器的芯片集成

    應(yīng)用:600V以上功率器件的柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)、數(shù)據(jù)總線隔離

    主要解決問題:集成信號(hào)隔離變壓器的EMI、Noise、CMTI,集成功率隔離變壓器的低頻效率和隔離能力

    2. 功率電感的芯片集成和封裝集成

    應(yīng)用:移動(dòng)可穿戴電源管理、處理器電源管理

    主要解決問題:給定芯片面積下的電感效率

    3. 基于先進(jìn)封裝技術(shù)的芯片配電設(shè)計(jì)

    主要解決問題:低封裝成本和復(fù)雜度、低配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)阻抗

    4. 基于硅工藝的微型揚(yáng)聲器

    主要解決問題:尺寸、聲壓級(jí)、高頻特性

    5. 磁感應(yīng)無線功率傳輸中的線圈設(shè)計(jì)

    主要解決問題:線圈相互位置擾動(dòng)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響、線圈效率
