    徐軍偉,1979年11月生,博士,昆明理工大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,教授。

    2009年9月- 2011年10月:于上海交通大學(xué)微生物代謝國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事博士后研究,主要從事高等真菌次級代謝產(chǎn)物的代謝工程研究。

    2004年9月- 2009年9月:就讀于華東理工大學(xué)生物反應(yīng)器工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,生物化工專業(yè),獲得工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。

    研究方向

    應(yīng)用微生物,生物技術(shù),生物制藥,微生物代謝工程。

    利用云南省微生物資源的優(yōu)勢,篩選生產(chǎn)生物活性物質(zhì)的藥用真菌。建立微生物深層培養(yǎng)的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)活性物質(zhì)生物反應(yīng)器規(guī)模的大量生產(chǎn)。結(jié)合基因組學(xué)和功能基因組學(xué)技術(shù)研究生物活性物質(zhì)的合成調(diào)控機(jī)制,并以此為基礎(chǔ)改造微生物的代謝途徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)活性物質(zhì)代謝流量的最大化。
    目前以高等藥用真菌靈芝為研究對象,通過基因工程和代謝工程的方法解析生物活性物質(zhì)靈芝酸(抗癌等功能)和靈芝多糖(增強(qiáng)免疫力等功能)的生物合成調(diào)控機(jī)制,構(gòu)建高產(chǎn)工程菌株并實(shí)現(xiàn)其規(guī);a(chǎn)。
