獲獎情況
先后獲得藥明康德“生命化學(xué)研究獎”、中國化學(xué)會“青年計算化學(xué)家獎”、中國藥學(xué)會“施維雅青年藥物化學(xué)家”等多項國內(nèi)知名獎項,并于2012年獲得國際化學(xué)信息學(xué)會“Corwin Hansch Award”,系中國科學(xué)家首次獲得這一國際獎項。目前擔任中國化學(xué)會計算機化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會副主任委員、生物物理化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會副主任委員、化學(xué)生物學(xué)專業(yè)委員會委員以及上海市藥學(xué)會藥物化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會委員。受邀擔任美國化學(xué)會Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling雜志副主編以及ChemMedChem、Molecular Informatics、《中國藥學(xué)》等國內(nèi)外多家刊物編委。2017年獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金委醫(yī)學(xué)部國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金項目資助。

研究方向
藥物分子設(shè)計新理論、新計算方法的研究和開發(fā);
運用分子模擬技術(shù)研究重要生物大分子體系或活性小分子化合物的作用機制;
運用分子設(shè)計技術(shù),針對新靶標發(fā)現(xiàn)和優(yōu)化先導(dǎo)化合物,發(fā)展創(chuàng)新藥物。
科研成果
擅長發(fā)展分子靶向藥物設(shè)計的新理論、新方法,為藥物研發(fā)提供更好的工具。代表性成果有對蛋白-配體相互作用打分函數(shù)的研究、蛋白-配體復(fù)合物數(shù)據(jù)庫、配體分子的自動設(shè)計方法等。所發(fā)展的藥物設(shè)計軟件在60多個國家擁有6500余名注冊用戶。同時,注重在實踐中應(yīng)用藥物設(shè)計技術(shù),選擇Bcl-2家族等蛋白-蛋白作用體系作為靶標,成功獲得了若干類抗腫瘤活性先導(dǎo)化合物。已發(fā)表SCI索引論文130余篇,SCI他人引用總數(shù)超過6000次(H指數(shù)為34),并獲得國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)和軟件著作權(quán)30項。
