2007年畢業(yè)于南開大學(xué)物理學(xué)院取得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位;
畢業(yè)后至今工作于南開信息學(xué)院;
2007年任講師;
2009年任副教授,研究方向?yàn)楣夥∧げ牧吓c能源材料物理及器件的研究。
主要從事
主要從事CIGS薄膜材料及光伏器件研究。在銅銦鎵硒(CIGS)薄膜反應(yīng)機(jī)制、元素?fù)p失機(jī)制、及器件優(yōu)化等研究方面取得一定研究成果(見文章列表);并分別在低溫沉積及柔性襯底上生長(zhǎng)CIGS薄膜的反應(yīng)動(dòng)力及器件優(yōu)化上展開研究,取得國(guó)家自然基金及教育部相關(guān)項(xiàng)目。(見下表)
