主要從事植物抗病、抗逆以及棉花纖維發(fā)育的分子生物學(xué)研究,先后主持和參加國(guó)家“973”、“863”、“國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金”“上海市農(nóng)委重點(diǎn)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目”等10多項(xiàng),發(fā)表論文50多篇(SCI論文30多篇),參與編寫(xiě)專(zhuān)著教材2部,申請(qǐng)或授權(quán)10多項(xiàng),F(xiàn)主持有國(guó)家863項(xiàng)目、上海市農(nóng)委重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等3項(xiàng)。先后獲得上海市“優(yōu)秀青年教師后備人選”、上海市農(nóng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)基金“教學(xué)、科研先進(jìn)個(gè)人”等榮譽(yù)。
主要的研究方向
植物逆境信號(hào)通過(guò)Ca2+向胞內(nèi)傳遞,激活細(xì)胞膜上的激酶表達(dá),增強(qiáng)Na+/K+通道的基因表達(dá),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞內(nèi)的Na+/K+平衡,提高植物對(duì)逆境的適應(yīng)能力。本方向關(guān)注植物在高鹽情況下細(xì)胞的Na+/K+通道的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路并利用酵母雙雜交的方式加以證明不同蛋白質(zhì)之間的相互作用。
以海島棉為主要材料,利用基因組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)手段分離克隆棉花黃萎病抗性基因及其相關(guān)基因,通過(guò)遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化的方法進(jìn)行功能互補(bǔ)研究,分析抗性基因的生理小種的專(zhuān)一性。同時(shí)利用基因組學(xué)和GFP實(shí)時(shí)觀(guān)察等手段分析植物與病原菌的互作過(guò)程,深入了解抗性信號(hào)在植物體內(nèi)傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程,有關(guān)黃萎病菌的入侵與植物表皮的傷害修復(fù)是關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。
利用全基因組的表達(dá)芯片篩查在棉花纖維發(fā)育啟動(dòng)期的調(diào)控蛋白,分析控制纖維發(fā)育起始時(shí)期的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)途徑。大規(guī)?寺∨c纖維發(fā)育相關(guān)的功能基因并開(kāi)展產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究。
