博士畢業(yè)于美國佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué),佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)藥學(xué)院 博士后、助理科學(xué)家,F(xiàn)任本所學(xué)科帶頭人, 研究員, 博士生導(dǎo)師。目前,主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,省,市項(xiàng)目;參與國家重大傳染病專項(xiàng)課題;并開展一項(xiàng)科研成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化。實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主要研究內(nèi)容有,1,腺相關(guān)病毒(AAV)基因治療;2,基于 腺相關(guān)病毒(AAV)倒置末端重復(fù)序列(ITR)的AAV-ITR單鏈微載體的研發(fā);3,含有AAVS1位點(diǎn)定點(diǎn)整合外源基因的成人細(xì)胞誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞。在人類基因治療等國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表12篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。任國際SCI學(xué)術(shù)刊物Genetic Testing and Molecuar Biomrkers編委。
