長(zhǎng)期從事激光物理,光電子,光學(xué)信息存貯等方面實(shí)驗(yàn)研究:
光電子器件,包括新型光學(xué)顯示器件,新型光學(xué)信息存貯器件技術(shù)微納米光電器件及材料應(yīng)用,包括納米熒光粉制備,應(yīng)用和研究;碳納米管器件及應(yīng)用研究激光物理,非線性光學(xué)應(yīng)用放研究,超短激光脈沖技術(shù)應(yīng)用和研究近幾年承擔(dān)的科研項(xiàng)目
