1.化學(xué)遺傳學(xué)方法篩選抗腫瘤先導(dǎo)化合物及抗腫瘤分子機(jī)理研究
化學(xué)遺傳學(xué)(chemical genetics)是一門(mén)應(yīng)用小分子有機(jī)化合物來(lái)系統(tǒng)地干擾和探索細(xì)胞內(nèi)生物學(xué)過(guò)程,從而鑒定參與這些生物過(guò)程的生物大分子的方法。對(duì)新疆特有植物中提取組分,化合物及有機(jī)合成的化合物體外進(jìn)行高通量篩選,獲得高活性的抗腫瘤組分、化合物。結(jié)合流式細(xì)胞技術(shù),基因芯片,蛋白芯片技術(shù)研究化合物在細(xì)胞內(nèi)的生物靶點(diǎn)及對(duì)細(xì)胞凋亡,細(xì)胞周期相關(guān)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑的影響。
2. 植物次生代謝研究及棉花纖維發(fā)育分子機(jī)理研究
棉花(彩棉)纖維品質(zhì)主要取決于其纖維沉積特性及微觀結(jié)構(gòu),而它們均受到纖維素合成及次生代謝合成的影響。該研究組利用關(guān)聯(lián)分析、圖位克隆以及轉(zhuǎn)基因等方法對(duì)彩棉色素合成途徑及次生代謝途徑中的重要基因功能的系統(tǒng)深入研究,闡明影響彩色棉花纖維品質(zhì)的分子調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)。此項(xiàng)研究將有助于培育多色彩、高品質(zhì)的新品種。
