黃峙,男,黨派是中國共產(chǎn)黨,學(xué)歷是 研究生學(xué)位,博士學(xué)院,暨南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院研究員博導(dǎo), 碩導(dǎo)。
1997.6,中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)學(xué)院(原湖南醫(yī)科大學(xué))臨床醫(yī)學(xué)本科畢業(yè),臨床醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)士。
2000.6,華南師范大學(xué)研究生畢業(yè),理學(xué)碩士。
2005.6,華南師范大學(xué)研究生畢業(yè),理學(xué)博士。
工作經(jīng)歷:
2000.7-至今,暨南大學(xué)生物工程系教學(xué) 科研,先后任職助教、講師、副研究員、研究員。
2006.1-2008.1,清華大學(xué)博士后。國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“生物活性分子與砷、硒相互作用的分析化學(xué)研究”(20535020)和重大專項(xiàng)“基因興奮劑的檢測方法研究(20635002)”的主要完成人之一。
2010.6-2012.12,美國夏威夷大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)系訪問學(xué)者/博士后(中國國家留學(xué)基金委員會(huì)-暨南大學(xué)選派骨干教師)。
分子細(xì)胞生物學(xué)(細(xì)胞信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)、細(xì)胞損傷與修復(fù))和 遺傳學(xué)(表觀遺傳學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)翻譯后調(diào)控)。具體開展以下幾方面。
1. 細(xì)胞信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo):氧化脅迫(oxidative stress)與氧化還原(redox)信號(hào),內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)脅迫(ER stress)與未折疊蛋白應(yīng)答(UPR)信號(hào)。主要研究人體25種硒蛋白/硒酶在 免疫系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)和消化系統(tǒng)中信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)作用、分子機(jī)制和醫(yī)藥應(yīng)用。
2. 細(xì)胞損傷與修復(fù):慢性炎癥與組織細(xì)胞微環(huán)境(niche)。主要研究血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)化酶(ACE)及其抑制肽、鈣蛋白酶(calpains)及其功能性剪切底物和特異性內(nèi)源抑制蛋白(calpastatin)系統(tǒng)在 腫瘤和慢性炎癥性疾病發(fā)生進(jìn)展中的作用、分子機(jī)制和醫(yī)藥應(yīng)用。
3. 表觀遺傳調(diào)控:元素代謝與甲基化調(diào)節(jié)、蛋白質(zhì)翻譯后修飾。主要 研究砷、硒等元素的甲基化代謝對(duì)DNA甲基化的擾動(dòng)、元素代謝形態(tài)與生物分子相互作用、對(duì)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)分子翻譯后修飾的調(diào)節(jié)作用以及元素代謝形態(tài)的 實(shí)時(shí) 示蹤分析。
