For our Energy Management Division in HANGZHOU,we are looking for a After Sales Manager Assistant
售后服務(wù)經(jīng)理助理.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Accomplish annual onsite installation and commissioning tasks of CB and DS both Domestic and Overseas
4. Boost to improve SHVC product quality and reduce on site service cost
5. Enhance working efficiency of onsite service
6. Coordinate for new product development and to accelerate localization and coordinate to achieve sales targets
7. Improve technical skills of engineers
8. Finish department KPI of EHS Safety and environmental and occupational health
9. Acquisition and management of fixed assets
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Over 10 years working experiences in High Voltage products
2. Over 5 years on-site service experiences
3. Trouble shooting experience in High Voltage products
4. Familiar with IEC/GB and DL standard
What else do I need to know?
1. Good English & good computer skills (MS Office)
2. Good communication skills
3. Highly self-motivated, sense of team work and customer-oriented

崗位要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,電氣自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化或相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、一年以上SMT工廠文職類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟練使用MS Office;

1、根據(jù)客戶中心需求,安排和調(diào)配服務(wù)部人員的工作
2、協(xié)助制定新人培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和培訓(xùn)課程,執(zhí)行服務(wù)部新人入職后的培訓(xùn)安排和實(shí)施
3、配合客戶中心實(shí)施KICECDTECHCON的培訓(xùn)工作
4、樣品管理
5、服務(wù)工程師的M6系統(tǒng)更新檢查和結(jié)案跟進(jìn)
6、KIC產(chǎn)品的返修管理
7、服務(wù)部工作的內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)
1、負(fù)責(zé)售后服務(wù)部各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)匯總分析及匯報(bào)。
2、負(fù)責(zé)售后服務(wù)部各類看板信息的更新。
3、協(xié)助售后服務(wù)經(jīng)理做好部門人員業(yè)績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作。
4、協(xié)助做好售后服務(wù)部日常管理、內(nèi)外協(xié)調(diào)工作。
5、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷,能熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件。
2、統(tǒng)計(jì)類、財(cái)務(wù)類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
3、有良好的人際交往能力、語言溝通能力、分析判斷能力、計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力。
