崗位職責(zé):
1、老客戶維護(hù)和新市場(chǎng)的開發(fā);
2、各類營銷活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行;
3、組織示范試驗(yàn)及觀摩會(huì);
4、搜集市場(chǎng)信息及競(jìng)品信息;
5、建立區(qū)域市場(chǎng)檔案。

Key Responsibilities:
l Manage compliance of data to ensure that Business Account Records (BAR), Financial Master List (FML), contracts, SLA’s and pricing are accurately documented and current.
l Conduct quarterly service reviews. Manage follow up with an action plan that is clear and succinct. Ensure all SLA requirements are met and remedial action taken if required and establish a framework to manage client expectation
l Assess and mitigate at risk accounts and create strategies to align with the CITSGBT. Complete at risk reporting requirements. Improve profitability through contract renewal.
l Allgin with travel management strategy to develop relationships with key travel business partners, airlines, hotels and car rental chains to maximize opportunities to increase business travel sales, revenues and profits.
