一、崗位職責(zé):
1. 制定年度培訓(xùn)工作計(jì)劃及推進(jìn)實(shí)施,并監(jiān)控培訓(xùn)過(guò)程,評(píng)估培訓(xùn)效果;
2. 協(xié)助組織負(fù)責(zé)人建設(shè)與培養(yǎng)大區(qū)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)講師隊(duì)伍;
3. 企業(yè)文化建設(shè):辦公室企業(yè)文化氛圍布展、績(jī)效PK、員工活動(dòng)組織、內(nèi)部通訊員管理等,協(xié)助內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè);
二、任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,有1年以上大型企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)模塊相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮;
2. 工作計(jì)劃性及執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力良好,有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
1、根據(jù)企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃及人力資源現(xiàn)狀,制定并推動(dòng)各類型人才成長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)策略,系統(tǒng)化運(yùn)作。
2、負(fù)責(zé)搭建培訓(xùn)平臺(tái),并管理監(jiān)督;建設(shè)并維護(hù)內(nèi)外部培訓(xùn)資源、培訓(xùn)講師、培訓(xùn)運(yùn)營(yíng)等體系;調(diào)度內(nèi)部?jī)?nèi)訓(xùn)師及外部培訓(xùn)資源,推進(jìn)管理,并定期進(jìn)行總結(jié)、分析、評(píng)估和優(yōu)化。
5、負(fù)責(zé)轉(zhuǎn)正/晉升考核執(zhí)行工作。
任職要求:
1、 本科或以上學(xué)歷;3年以上人力資源工作及1年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、 具備培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì)、需求調(diào)研分析、課程開發(fā)及講授、培訓(xùn)組織及效果評(píng)估等專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷;
3、具備優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、口頭和書面表達(dá)能力和影響力;
4、具備良好的拓展、整合、維護(hù)復(fù)雜的內(nèi)、外部資源的能力。
1.Lead the national training team to plan, design and implement the retail curriculum according to the annual plan
2.Review and update the content and delivery method of training programs to support the needs of business growth
3.Manage office training programs including supervisory training, subsidies program, company e-learning and specific department learning program
4.Coach and supervise the national training team to ensure the effective accomplishment of all training related tasks and projects
5.Handle training related projects with the Regional Office
6.Collaborate with internal/external training stakeholders to satisfy the learning needs of different departments and divisions
7.Manage daily work of training team and report the progress to Sr. HRD on a weekly base
8.Work closely with other HR functions to achieve the goal of the whole department
Qualification:
?Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major;
?8+ years’ work experience in training field with at least 3 years’ as people manager in MNC;
?Strong project management, problem solving and training facilitation skills;
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset;
?Capable to work independently and detail oriented;
?Proficient in English, both written and oral;
?Excellent computer skills required.
